Whether you're ready to stop, just beginning to think about it, or are just looking for information, Quit Your Way Scotland is here to help you. Call or chat online with one of our trained advisors who’ll help you find your way to quit.

Did you know that your mind might have become trained to want nicotine based on certain triggers, such as with your morning cuppa, after a meal or when on a night out. The right support can help you identify ways to deal with the triggers that make you want to smoke.
