Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FIOSA) you have a right to know:

  • what services we provide
  • how much they cost
  • how people are using them
  • what our goals and targets are
  • how well we’re doing

You can find answers to these or any other questions about NHS inform by making a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
