He also says it’s vital to speak up and talk about your struggles as not only can it help you, it can help others. 

Find support for stress

Mind have information on peer support, whether it is right for you & how to find it..

If you need someone to talk to you can get in touch with Breathing Space or Samaritans.

Contact your GP practice if:

  • you want to speak to someone about your mental health

If you need urgent help, phone 111 and choose the mental health option to speak to the mental health hub.
