Ways to change your focus after a bereavement

When you experience bereavement it can be helpful to find a new focus. For Shumela this was education, but it could be a new hobby or interest.

Contact your GP practice if:

  • you want to speak to someone about your mental health

If you need urgent help, phone 111 and choose the mental health option to speak to the mental health hub.
