Aberlour Family Support Centre - Langlees

Its aim is to provide a trauma informed service offering practical and emotional support to children and parents who have been affected by abuse - physical, emotional, sexual, neglect and domestic abuse (including when perpetrator remains within the family home), challenging and breaking systemic patterns of behaviour to support in all aspects of Health and Wellbeing domains. Empowering parents to be involved in decision making about supports and interventions.

It intends to make real improvements to short-term outcomes for families by offering whole-family support that explores and improves family dynamics/relationships, using a personalised mix of evidence-based interventions to address needs, such as emotional wellbeing, physical health and education difficulties.

Bespoke support in line with the needs and strengths of the family.
