Our Anxiety and Depression Support Groups are friendly peer-led support groups that offers the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with depression and anxiety.
We are currently hosting groups both online and in person. For both online and in-person groups, please pre-register to attend by 3.00 pm on the day of the meeting you would like to attend at the latest – we encourage you to book earlier, however, as in-person meetings in particular, can get booked up.
