Queens Cross Youth Homelessness Service

Queens Cross Youth Homelessness service supports 53 young people aged 16-25. 13 young people are supported in residential supported accommodation (CHYP) and 40 young people are supported in their own tenancy within the local area.

The service supports young people who have experienced homelessness or have a leaving care background.

The service supports young people by:
- providing housing support 24/7
- providing a safe and secure environment and supported them to find accommodation that is suitable for them/
-supporting young people to manage their own accommodation e.g. paying bills, decorating, general household tasks, reporting repairs and neighbor relations.
-supporting young people with their health and well being e.g. physical health, mental health and addictions.
-supporting young people with personal development e.g. accessing training, education, employment or volunteering.
