Adult Community Mental Health Team

The Adult Community Mental Health Teams provide a locally based service that is responsive to adults with mental health needs that may require either Medical, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work and Occupational Therapy care.

The Adult Community Mental Health Teams support people who have a range of mental health needs. Referral to the service is through GP services or other NHS, Local Authority and partner agencies.
