Quit Your Way

During the current Covid-19 Pandemic, our face to face community stop smoking services have been temporarily suspended and we are currently providing telephone based support.

For support to stop smoking in the Midlothian area please contact us on 0131 537 9914 and we can arrange for one of our advisors to contact you. Alternatively, you can contact your local Quit You Way service via email (see below).

We provide support sessions run by stop smoking specialists, who provide advice on Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and other stop smoking products. Our sessions typically run in a variety of locations across the community throughout the week, during the day and in the evening, but these are currently on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.

If you are resident or are registered with a GP Practice in East Lothian or Midlothian, please contact the Stop Smoking support telephone below and help and support will be provided. Support for pregnant women is also available by ringing this number.
