Quit Your Way Services deliver free stop smoking support at a variety of locations, and are provided by stop smoking specialists. Sessions are very informal and our friendly stop smoking specialists will discuss the products that can help you quit (Nicotine Replacement Therapy or Champix). Our sessions run weekly, are open access and there are daytime and evening sessions.

Smoking in Pregnancy
On your first appointment your advisor will discuss your smoking habits and talk about what options will work best for you. They can tailor your quit plan to include free medication, such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy or Champix (if appropriate) and useful coping strategies.
You'll have weekly phone calls where your advisor will check on your progress, provide encouragement, advise you on next steps and help motivate you to quit and stay quit.
Support phone calls usually last for 12 weeks, until you have finished any stop smoking medication and feeling confident staying quit.
