If you are pregnant or have just had a baby please talk to any member of our health and fitness team who will be happy to offer advice on classes and exercises to keep you feeling great.
For these classes you can participate at any stage of your pregnancy. The class is circuit based with 10 stations of activity, it has been designed like that so you can work at a level that suits your stage of pregnancy. Exercise will be adapted at each trimester so the exercises remain safe but effective. You can also attend post natally after your 6 weeks check up with your midwife team.
Sessions run at two different venues and cost £2.10 per class. Bookings should be made via your preferred venue.
