Break the Silence

Break the Silence provide professional support to survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse, their partners and family members. We provide support to all genders aged 13 years and over, living in East or North Ayrshire. Options for support include:

One-to-one counselling with qualified psychotherapists
Complementary therapies
Couples counselling
Group activities
Outreach support

We accept self-referrals, referrals from a family member/friend and organisational referrals. These can be made via phone on 01563 559558 or online through our website www.breakthesilence.org.uk.

Please note that during the current situation surrounding Covid-19 we have temporarily suspended all face-to-face support, complementary therapies, and group activities.

During the pandemic we are offering:
Telephone counselling
Asynchronous counselling (through email)
Video counselling using Attend Anywhere
EMDR therapy through Attend Anywhere

Opening times: Monday-Friday 9am-4.30pm
