18-30 Bipolar Self-help Group

Our self-help groups are informal, friendly and open to anyone affected by bipolar, including friends, family and carers.

Group meetings are places where people who live with bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life. They’re great places for letting off steam about issues that are stressing you out and for getting support from people who know what you’re talking about.

Our 18-30 group currently meet fortnightly on a Wednesday evening at 7pm using Zoom. If you would like to come along, submit a short enquiry form on our website and someone will be in touch: https://www.bipolarscotland.org.uk/self-help-groups
