Andy explains the stigma and isolation he has experienced living with Cerebral Palsy, including self-stigma and thoughts of not being good enough.

After joining The Changing Room programme, Andy met new people and took part in activities such as walking football, which helped him overcome the stigma, isolation and self-doubt that he was experiencing.

The Changing Room project uses football to help men tackle mental health problems.

The Age Scotland Friendship Line helps anyone over 50 by listening, providing friendship and offering support. They also have a free Community Connecting service that links older people in Scotland up with organisations offering friendship, social activities and events.
