Quit Your Way (Tayside)

Quit Your Way with our support (Tayside)
Everyone can get FREE support and treatment to stop smoking. It will be tailored to you, at a time and in a way that is right for you. Giving up smoking is not something you have to do on your own and you are three times more likely to be successful if you get support. Why not pop along to your local pharmacy to discuss the range of options available and choose the best approach that will work for you. This includes access to FREE treatments, including Champix (blocks the desire to smoke and is much more effective in helping people to quit) or nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).

Quit Your Way with our incentives ££££
In Tayside we offer two incentive schemes . If you are eligible, you can benefit from up to £50 a month in the form of weekly vouchers to spend in your local participating supermarket. People who sign up to incentives are much more successful as it keeps them motivated. Pop along to your local pharmacy to find out how to get signed up!

Incentive support if you are pregnant
If you are pregnant, stopping smoking is the best thing you can do for your health and the health of your baby. To help you stay stopped, we offer an incentive where you can benefit from up to £50 a month and if you stay smokefree you can remain on the incentive for up to 12 weeks after giving birth. For your FREE support to stop smoking and join the incentive, pop along to your local pharmacy and get signed up.
