The classes are for people living with mobility issues due to age or paralysis, amputation, stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy etc.
The classes are open to all types of children with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, physical and sensory impairments, learning difficulties, Down’s Syndrome, and mental health conditions.
All Yoga postures and movements are adapted with the use of props and assistants to provide the practitioner with the experience of the posture.
We have classes online and in person in Ayr and Stair and are available for outreach at your organisation or community, either regularly or as a one-off session.
