1:1 Support

We provide pre and post diagnostic autism related support for people living in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Shetland. We cover a variety of areas including but not limited to:
Understanding autism
Education
Employment
Sensory input
Communication
Coping with crises

All appointments are available to autistic people, supporters, and professionals who support/work with/employ autistic people. Appointments can be made in person at our offices in Aberdeen, or online, usually via Zoom.

Our front line staff are all autistic autism professionals who aim to empathise, validate, and work with those who use our services to develop their knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of autism, and make positive changes to their lives.
