Trust Jack Foundation supports children & young people by offering a range of tailored youth services from Nova Project to help promote good mental health and tackle social isolation.

Nova Natter is a support group specifically for children and young adults (8 years - 18 years) the purpose of the group is to provide a safe space to openly discuss with likeminded young people your fears, questions around mental health and anxiety's and to develop a better understanding of themselves, improving self esteem, and provide ongoing support by offering tailored support via our Nova services.
